Custom Orders
All of our jewelry is custom-made to order, ensuring that each piece is unique and crafted to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, we require full payment upfront for all custom orders. Once payment is received, production will begin on your custom piece.

Pop-Up Art Sales
Occasionally, we may host pop-up art sales featuring ready-made jewelry pieces. These sales will be announced on our website and social media channels. All items purchased during pop-up art sales are subject to availability and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping for all of our products. Please allow for additional processing and shipping time for international orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made jewelry pieces unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you believe your custom piece is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss potential options for resolution.
